1. We have got our overhead under control (lowered by $161,309 ytd)
2. We have started hitting our monthly break even.
3. We have almost six figures in the bank as of Jan 4, 2010. ( with monthly bills paid!)
4. We have the first million dollar sales producer in our history.
5. Net profit is 181% better than it was last year end!!!!
WAHOO!!!!
P.S.
You should notice that I started all of those items with "WE". Well that is because "we" consist of every person that stuck by my side to get through the crazy year I had. BDR being one of the most important in that group. I wanted everyone at BDR to know how important your part was and will be. I'm sure that you hear this all the time but I'm here to stress that please never forget what BDR is worth. If it wasn't for BDR my company would not be here to sing their praise. Air Experts "Al from Air Experts in Florida recently shared this Wahoo: He had a new customer, Kathy. He sent Kathy a thank you and some Cows Caramels from To Your Success (SAI Buying Group Vendor- $3.50 each). Along with that, he had To Your Success send a satisfaction survey. The survey was returned to Al with a note from Kathy stating "I recommended you to my son and he was very satisfied! Thanks –the candy is delicious". As of today, Kathy has referred two customers to Al who have spent over $1,000 on service work with him. It's really neat to see Al growing his business through a solid referral process. Al is currently a one man shop so each and every referral means a lot to him; he won't be a one man shop for long!! WAHOO!!"

"I just got off the phone with Ron Jackson from Goff Htg. On our last call we talked about the importance of implementing a Saturday Strategy and having extended office ours during the week.. Ron said he would do it. He just called me and said that his people were on board. They started this last week and have had tremendous results. Customers that call in like that they do not charge overtime on Saturday. Ron sold a 22K job on Saturday and one of the techs sold a job last Saturday that they installed on Sunday, and another that is being installed today. He called to tell me how excited he was!!! They have been slow. I asked Ron if he believed the "Saturday Strategy" was having a positive impact on his company. He said, it was having a HUGE impact!!!!! WAHOO!!!!!!"
